Once your patio design is finalized and priced, we’ll visit your property to introduce ourselves and review your order in person. This is our opportunity to get familiar with both you and the space where your future patio will be built. Before any work begins, our team will arrive on-site to understand your vision and walk through the details of your project.

At this stage, you don’t need to make final decisions on materials or colors. Your estimate will be based on the most popular standard options, giving you flexibility to finalize selections later in the process.

After visiting your property and checking in with our crews, our team member will return to the office to begin preparing your estimate. We take pride in delivering your estimate within 24 hours or less — because we know your time is valuable and waiting isn’t fun.
