Our Process
Here at Sosa Group, we like to educate our clients on their upcoming project, including providing a detailed estimate for the project installation. We want to make sure you truly understand our process. We promise to make this one of the easiest projects you have ever completed at your home.

One of our knowledgeable team members will come to your house and start to go over ideas and layouts with you. We will take measurements and provide you with a paver catalog, ensuring that you have all the information you need for your patio installation project. It is important that you take this time to ask the estimator any important questions or topics you are unsure of. When the consultation is complete, we will go back to and start to work on your estimate for your installation.

Once you’ve fully reviewed your patio installation estimate and feel confident about moving forward, just give us a call or send an email to give us the green light. We’ll take it from there! We’re genuinely excited to begin this project with you — this is where the fun really starts!

We’ve provided catalogs to help you explore color options, but we highly recommend visiting Oldcastle Coastal and TriCircle in person to see the materials firsthand. While the catalogs are great for reference, they often include filters or edits that can make the colors appear different from how they actually look in natural light. Seeing the products in person ensures you’ll feel confident about your final choice.

Once we’ve received your material selections and deposit, we’ll place the order with our supplier. They will deliver the materials directly to your home. Depending on the size of the order, deliveries may come in multiple shipments. The most important part of this step is letting us know where you’d like the pallets of pavers placed. Common options include on your driveway or on the street by the curb.If you live in an HOA community, please be sure to check with them ahead of time.

The best time to ask any questions or bring up concerns is during the installation process. This allows us to make any adjustments quickly and ensures everything is done to your satisfaction. Once the job is complete and your property has been fully cleaned up, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to review the entire project and make sure it meets your expectations. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you're happy with the final result, this is when we’ll collect the remaining balance.

One thing we truly pride ourselves on is delivering your estimate within 24 hours or less. We know firsthand how frustrating it can be to wait days — or even weeks — for pricing. Our quick turnaround helps you better understand the project scope and gives you time to plan, budget, or even start saving for a future installation date.

Once you give us the go-ahead, you’ll be added to our job board. This means your installation date is now pending. At that point, we’ll provide an approximate timeline based on our current schedule.
Please note that we don’t give exact dates right away — and here’s why: things like bad weather and other day-to-day challenges can affect our timing. We want to be upfront so we can keep things as accurate and stress-free as possible for you.

As we get about a week or two away from your project start date, we’ll reach out with an estimated start date and confirm all your material and color selections. At this time, we’ll also collect a 50% deposit to officially lock in your spot on the schedule. If you have any questions at all during this stage, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help every step of the way!

On the day your project begins, our team will arrive and go over all the details with you in person. If you’re unable to be there, no worries — we’ll stay in close communication to make sure everything is clear and we’re all on the same page. The only things we’ll need access to are a water source (like a hose spigot) and standard electrical outlets.
